Simple yet powerful tools brought together for integration and clarity. Hosted every Monday & Friday morning at 7-8am CET.

Breathwork [ 20-min ]
This practice is your reset. We use controlled breathing to deliberately shift your body out of a stress state, calming your nervous system and clearing mental fog. You'll release stored tension and create a foundation of focused energy to build your week upon.
Body scanning [ 10-min ]
This pulls your awareness out of your head and grounds you fully in your physical body. By scanning for unconscious tension, you strengthen the mind-body connection and learn to listen to its wisdom, ensuring you're operating from a place of true presence, not just thought.
Journaling [ 15-min ]
This is where you become the architect of your week. Writing moves the abstract signals from your body & mind onto the page, allowing you to clarify what asks for attention. In this part we invite you to either reflect on your inner exploration or to turn vague ideas into clear, actionable steps that will guide your focus for the days ahead. On Monday we’ll focus more on the week ahead where on Friday we suggest looking back to reflect.
Sharing [ 7-min ]
Speaking your intention or insights aloud transforms it from a private thought into a shared commitment. This act of being witnessed by the group builds powerful accountability and deepens the bonds of your inner circle, reminding you that you are not on this path alone.
Movement [ 5-min ]
This final step is the fuel. Movement integrates the inner work. It shakes off any remaining stagnation and bridges the gap between introspection and action, launching you into your day with a smile.

Who is this for?
This is for men who feel ready to bring more intention into how they live. You might already have a sense that there’s more possible; more clarity, more presence, more direction—and you’re interested in exploring that. You don’t need to have it all figured out or be in a crisis. Just a willingness to show up, be curious, and grow alongside other men who are doing the same.
What can I expect from the weekly sessions?
All sessions start with a guided morning practice. Each Monday session helps you set a clear intention, actionable steps and to reconnect with your purpose. Each Friday session creates space to reflect & integrate lessons —guided by trained facilitators and supported by other men on the same path.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. While consistency is key, sessions are recorded and core practices are accessible anytime. You’ll also have access to check-ins, breathwork sessions, and support tools to stay connected even if you miss a live call.
How is this different from traditional coaching?
This isn’t about “fixing” you. We don’t push solutions. Instead, we create space for you to see what’s already true within you—and act from there. It’s a blend of mindfulness, embodiment, and brotherhood, grounded in both modern science and timeless wisdom.
What are the breathwork sessions like?
Twice a month on Sundays, you’ll be guided by our experienced breath coach, Nathan. Each session starts with a clear introduction, so you understand what to expect and how to navigate the practice safely. The breathwork itself lasts around an hour and is fully guided—but always on your terms. You’re in control, choosing your own pace and intensity based on what feels right in the moment. It’s a powerful way to clear mental fog, reconnect with your body, and drop into deeper awareness—all in the presence of other men doing the same.
What if I’m not sure I’m “ready”?
That’s totally normal. Most of us never feel 100% ready. The beauty of this practice is that you don’t need to be perfect—you just need to start showing up for two moments a week. That’s where transformation begins.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no long-term commitment. But we do encourage you to commit to at least a full month, so you can truly experience the compounding clarity and connection that this work brings.
